Meva Energy has been presented as one of three finalists in the category “Low-carbon energy production” at Startup Energy Transition (SET) Awards 2018. The three finalists were chosen from over 100 startup companies from all over the world within renewables and climate-friendly technology. The award was presented as a highlight for the combined event of the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue, Berlin Energy week and the Tech Festival.
Meva Energy, being the only finalist from the bioenergy technology field, was highlighted as provider of an innovative solution within the area of low-cost biogas production by Dr. Christoph Frei, Secretary General of the World Energy Council:
