- Personal data processed by Meva Energy in the context of recruitment will be deleted six (6) months after a completed recruitment process, unless the candidate has consented to Meva Energy storing their application documentation (e.g. CV, motivation letter) longer for the purpose of matching the candidate with similar jobs in the future, or if there is a dispute with respect to the recruitment process or a legal obligation requiring further retention.
6 Your rights
- Pursuant to Applicable Data Protection Laws, you have the right to request access to and information about the personal data that we process about you. Additionally, you may also request that we rectify, complete, and in some cases, erase or restrict the processing of personal data relating to you. You also have the right to request a copy of the personal data we process relating to you, free of charge.
