”It is extremely exciting to be part of something completely new and unique. We are all beginners as this is the very first factory to use this process, and every day I learn something new.”
For Sofie, who joined the Kisa site in November 2022, every day brings new challenges and discoveries. Her role involves monitoring, patrolling, sampling, and filter cleaning, all of which play a crucial part in diagnosing issues and driving continuous improvements.
